This is a free afternoon of subject matter experts sharing current trends, best practices, and opportunities to maximize the value of your current investment with Salesforce.

Over the past few years, we’ve implemented CRM Analytics across the company and made it available to every employee.

This included rolling out individual apps and dashboards for marketing, sales, finance, service, real estate, and many, many others. The rollout has been a learning experience for us, and we’re continually improving and refining the process. Access to CRM Analytics internally has resulted in dramatic, consistent user growth—about 150% year-over-year. We’ve also seen a 20% improvement in employee productivity, a 15% improvement in IT deployment cycles as the process becomes more efficient, and a massive, welcomed reduction in Excel docs and PowerPoints.
